At Tania Nerol Collection, each piece is artistically handcrafted in limited quantities, making every creation one-of-a-kind. Our jewelry is designed to be treasured, and due to the exclusive and unique nature of these pieces, we offer a carefully limited return and exchange policy, fully compliant with UK consumer law.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Not be custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order — these one-of-a-kind or customized creations are non-returnable unless they arrive with a clear production defect.
• Pass a thorough inspection once returned, to confirm the product is in perfect condition and meets all criteria.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@tanianerol.com within 14 days of delivery, providing:
• Your order number.
• The reason for your return request.
• Photos, if there are any concerns with the item’s condition upon delivery.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an error occurred with your order.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Legal Notice – UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to receive products that match their description, are fit for purpose, and meet satisfactory quality standards. If an item does not meet these criteria due to a proven manufacturing issue, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Refunds will only be considered if repair or replacement is not possible.
This protection does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Items Arriving in Unsatisfactory Condition
If your item arrives in unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tanianerol.com. Please include:
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.
• A brief description of the issue.
If we confirm the issue was caused during the creation or shipping process, we will offer either a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered if neither option is possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if an item arrives in unsatisfactory condition. We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind, preference, or sizing.
International Orders
International returns are accepted under the same eligibility criteria. However, return shipping costs and any customs fees are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your location.
