Returns & Exchanges — Tania Nerol Collection

Each Tania Nerol Collection piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, with many designs created as one-of-a-kind works. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and comply fully with UK consumer law.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:


  • Be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging
  • Remain in perfect condition following inspection
  • Not be custom-made, personalised, or created to order, unless a verified manufacturing issue is present

Custom and made-to-order pieces are prepared specifically for each client and are therefore not eligible for return, except in the case of a confirmed defect.

How to Request a Return

Please email tanianerol@tanianerol.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs if the item arrived with a visible issue

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection, and issued to the original payment method.

Manufacturing or Transit Issues

If an item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing or transit defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair or replacement. A refund will be issued only if neither option is possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind, preference, or sizing.

International Orders

International orders follow the same conditions.

Shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable, and processing times may vary.
